About us

Louise Nicoll graduated with an honours degree in Pharmacology from the University of Aberdeen, before commencing a doctorate in Neuropharmacology at the University of Oxford. 

On returning to Scotland she was recruited by Napp Pharmaceuticals, a Cambridge based R & D company specialising in pain management products within palliative care, acute and chronic pain.  For the next seven years she progressed within the company’s sales department achieving the new position of Hospital Specialist for East Scotland.  During her latter years with Napp, she also assisted in training new recruits with IT and selling skills, as well as covering a secondment as Health Service Manager for East Scotland.

By 2004, she realised her dream to start her own business and during the following year has worked with several clients specialising within the agricultural and medical fields. She continues to help her husband on the family farm and is an Independent Regional Trainer for Muddyboots, an agricultural software company.

At the beginning of 2005 Nicoll Associates Limited was formed with a number of Directors. The company offers a bespoke service and strives to work in partnership with clients, supporting them by offering services such as audit, research, project management, business planning, web design and software training in both business environments and for clients in their own home.
